Calling another test step

I want to create a set of individual test steps that will be treated as building blocks in other test cases. ie, I make a common test case A which may do some initializing. Then in test case Z I want to call test case A and not have to recreate/duplicate test step in A inside test step Z. I currently use a Groovy test step inside test case Z to get the reference to test step A. I would like to know if there is another mechanism for referencing other test steps.

    Excellent. I just upgraded to SoapUI 2.0 and did not notice this.

    SoapUI is excellent. We are using it for out testing tool of choice for all of our and client web service testing.

    Does Eviware form partnerships with consulting companies to help promote and use their products? My firm would be interested in just this type of relationship with SoapUI.
