problem with adding WSDL from url

Hi All,
        I am unable to add wsdl files in soap1.7.1. Everytime I add a .wsdl file It reaches till Initializating SSL and then it doesnt load any more.Please solve my problem.Also if I try to call an external .wsdl file and try to run it , it shows connection error and all assertions fail .How to solve them

hmm.. maybe you need to set up a proxy in the preferences/proxy tab? Are you using a proxy for internet access?

I am also facing the same issue .

I set my proxy , but still i dont find any difference.  Is there any way out.
