Who is in charge to pull request validation ?

Hello,

I am waiting for some pull request of soapui project to be reviewed and integrated on the main branch. All Pull Request there 

I understood that SoapUI is supported by SmartBear, so I guess SmartBear is in charge to validate pull requests and make SoapUI releases. Based on that information, I would like to know what is your plan to validate and integrate pull requests in the main branch ?

Who has the right to validate a pull request ?

PS : I am strongly looking for this pull request to be integrated
