How to set SoapUI to use my system time in WSS header timestamp create?

I have problem with SoapUI Timestamp WSS header.

Problem is that in Timestamp Create, I see one hour behind my system time.

I am using

Windows,

Soap UI version 5.4.0

If I change my system time 1 hour ahead everything is ok. But I believe that there sis some setting out there where I can set which time to be used.
