How do I config the Eclipse plugin to find the executables?

I was wondering, where can I find some doc about how to configure the Eclipse plug-in to find the executables? I tried running the tests from a project I created in the desktop app and it told me the executable batch file is not there. I remember I saw somewhere in the docs that the executables don't come with the plug-in but only with the desktop app, but where does it say how to configure the plug-in to find that desktop app so it can bind the executables?
