Fixed Rate strategy not shown

I'm using SoapUI 5.6.0, and I'm trying to do a load test with the fixed rate strategy. The docs describe this strategy clearly. However, there's only 4 strategies in the drop-down menu at my end : Burst, Thread, Variance, Simple. 

I found about 3 threads asking about why this is, but none of them got any replies. Can anyone tell me how I can get access to this strategy?

As per this, the "Fixed Rate" strategy is only available in Pro software.
