Executing test Steps when it is in progress state

There is nothing called step in the test suite.

The soapui project structure is as follows:

Project > Test suite > Test Case > Test steps.

If your case is a test suite containing test cases and you need to run them without depending on the other test case, and run them in parallel. Please find the following documentation link for more details.
