Error message when starting SoapUI
Hi,
I get the following error message when starting SoapUI: "The JVM could not be started. The maximum heap size (Xmx) night be too large or an antivirus or firewall tool culd block the execution."
We already checked antivirus & firewall, and also lowered the heap size.
I tried to deinstall the program, but this is also not possible (no error message occurs, so I don't know whats the problem.)
I attached some error log files that I found in my folder.
(I use Windows10).
Hope someone can help!

Hey @SaLa,
What exactly happens when you try and uninstall?
Have you tried running the install again? If i remember correctly it should recognise youve already got it installed allowing you to force tge uninstall whilst reinstalling.
Also. When you say youve checked the AV/firewall, can you clarify exactly whatyou did to check these? Reason i ask is that typically you have AV/firewall windows services that you cant actually stop. Just disabling the passive scanning wont necessarily mean the problem isnt the AV/firewall.

if this helped answer the post, could you please mark it as 'solved'? Also if you consider whether the title of your post is relevant? Perhaps if the post is solved, it might make sense to update the Subject header field of the post to something more descriptive? This will help people when searching for problems. Ta
