Auto fill request

Hi there, 

When creating new request under a project, is there is a way to auto fill Auth and WS-A related information for each project.

Ie, auto select, basic authentication with Outgoing WSS and

Auto fill WS-A, (from, to) fields?

And Auto selecting the , generate Message Id check box, for example.
