Scroll up and down feature in environments

Scroll up and down feature in environments tab can be helpful for reorder the environments. we don't have the feature in Ready API 1.7.0

Can we have this feature in upcoming update.

Yes, I would definitely like to be able to re-order the environments.  Right now, if we want to re-order them, then we have to either re-create them in the order you want (bad idea) or open the project's xml in an editor and re-order them that way (better idea than re-creating, but clunky at best).
