Change scrollbar speed back to normal
v2.7.0 changed the rate of scrolling to about 1/4 of what it was in the previous version. I was hoping this was a bug that would be found and fixed for v2.8.0 but it seems this was intended. I hate this change because if you have MANY project loaded (as I do) then it makes the scroll functionality practically worthless. If I don't grab, click, and drag ghe scrollbar I'll never get there...
Can you please change the scroll speed back to normal or maybe give us an Option to change it?
