Why can't I see fast edit page after I select hyperlink from fast edit page?

My role is Security Administrator.  In only one of my projects, I am unable to see the fast edit page.  After selecting Fast Edit, and clicking on the hyperlink to Update, Copy, etc., a blank page comes up.  This only happens on one project and only since yesterday.  I have been managing this project for the past month, now I cannot Fast Edit anything.  I can do this in any other project, just not this one. Also, all other Security Admins can do Fast Edit.  This only happens to me. See screen shot.
