What version of Crystal Report Editor works with QAC 11?

I would like to customize some reports for my use and I need a Crystal Report Editor (per SmartBear : http://support.smartbear.com/screencasts/almcomplete/sap-crystal-reports/ ).

What is the latest version of SAP Crystal Reports do I need to work with QAComplete 11 (on-promise)?

It is CR 11 or CR2008.
