TestAgent not working if no one is logged in
Just as the title suggests. I cannot get the TestAgent to log in, if no one is logged in. I just says the RDA Connection could not be made. My test runs on a schedule are all failing because of it.

tried *disabling* the following policy and specifying to set the security layer to Negotiate:
* Require use of specific security layer for remote (RDP) connections?
This worked for me, it wasn't in the documentation, smartbear employees had to assist me.We will consider adding info about configuring remote computers to QAC documentation.
