Saas terrible performance

Today our users on SAAS are reporting unacceptable response times in QAComplete. Navigation between pages is taking minutes. Across projects and defects/test management areas.

 

E.g. - when do finally do get into a defect - navigating to the next defect takes over 2 minutes to display the details.

 

Can this be looked into please as its hampering our test execution and progress.

Thank you for your post. James, we see that this was posted around the time the system was being patched for the issue you have submitted which causes slowness to be experienced during the update process. Please let us know if your users still experience such a delay, thank you.

Performance today is as bad, if not worse than yesterday.  Can you confirm there are no further updates in progress.. And if there isn't please investigate why performance has degraded so much.

Thank you for your reply. We applied a performance patch this morning at 9:00am EDT) over two hours ago. I also created a support case (# 00297923) for you in order to be able to further troubleshoot the issue your users are experiencing, thank you.
