I need to import into QAC test sets(csv) from ALM that have attachments

I am importing test sets from ALM into QAC.  many of these test sets have attachements which I've extracted into files on my local hard drive.  I have a csv file that I'm using to import these tests, but I don't see how I can import the attachements.
