How is screen resolution (size) controlled when executing TestComplete automation from QAComplete?

We use QAComplete 12.82 to execute TestComplete 14.81 automated testcases across multiple Test Hosts.  When I examine failures in QAComplete, the screen captures show different screen sizes between the Test Hosts.  For example, screen captures from failures on VM1 show a size of 1737 x 1141, but screen captures from failures on VM2 are 2544 x 1014.  The different screen sizes are causing CheckRegion failures in the TestComplete testcases.

I am unable to find a setting in QAComplete that controls the screen resolution used when QAComplete connects to a Test Host.  How is the screen size determined and how can I make it consistent across the Test Hosts?
