How is screen resolution (size) controlled when executing TestComplete automation from QAComplete?

How is screen resolution (size) controlled when executing TestComplete automation from QAComplete?

We use QAComplete 12.82 to execute TestComplete 14.81 automated testcases across multiple Test Hosts.  When I examine failures in QAComplete, the screen captures show different screen sizes between the Test Hosts.  For example, screen captures from failures on VM1 show a size of 1737 x 1141, but screen captures from failures on VM2 are 2544 x 1014.  The different screen sizes are causing CheckRegion failures in the TestComplete testcases.

 

I am unable to find a setting in QAComplete that controls the screen resolution used when QAComplete connects to a Test Host.  How is the screen size determined and how can I make it consistent across the Test Hosts?
