How do you create a new status

I would like to add a new status that can be selected in the test runner, but can't find where to manage the entries...

Hi Simon,

Unfortunately, currently, these are hard coded values for test results in Test Runner controlled by the system and not configurable. 

We already have a corresponding feature request in our backlog to allow customized test result statuses. I've linked your request to it to increase its rate.
