QAComplete is not allowing defect Email attachments larger than 2GB. Where is this limitation being set? Our default is already set to 30GB in the service properties so that is not the problem. Some other code or setting is causing this limitation.
Also what is going on with the Case Management. We are not receiving responses. Why doesn't anyone pick up the phone at Smartbear headquarters?
