Customising email alerts

Is there any way to customise the content and style of the automated Email Alerts that get sent when a Requirement/Defect/Test Case item is updated in SoftwarePlanner?

but, cannot customize Email Alerts, it is available only for On-Premises users: https://support.smartbear.com/qacomplete/docs/administrator/config/project/email-alerts/templates.ht...

We would like the Project name or the Test/Test Set Name to be included in the subject line of the Test Run Status emails.
