Add an option to 'Exclude Inactive Releases' in Reports & Legacy Reports

I want to run a Requirements report in Reports or Legacy Reports, for a specific, active Release.  There isn't an option to exclude from the Releases drop-down list to exclude inactive releases.  Sure would be nice if that feature was available.

We have the option to exclude inactive records from most listing pages, so why wouldn't that option exist for the Releases drop-down list in Reports & Legacy Reports?

We've had QAComplete for a few years now and the number of inactive Releases continues to grow.  As such the number of complaints I get from our QAComplete users having to scroll through all of those inactive Releases when generating a report is growing.  Seems that adding a feature to exclude inactive Releases in Reports and Legacy Reports wouldn't be a big deal so how about it?
