We are receiving some cases involving passwords when creating new users. In these cases the new user at times does not receive the password.
A fast way to remedy this is to have the new user enter the username email into the LoadNinja login and click the 'forgot password' link.
This will send a reset code from noreply@loadninja that looks something like this:
From: <firstname.lastname@example.org>Date: Wed, Aug 7, 2019, 1:30 PMSubject: LoadNinja password recoveryTo: <email@example.com>
Hey there, looks like you forgot your LoadNinja password. No worries though, just enter the below recovery code when setting a new password.
If you did not request for a password recovery, then please ignore this.

If the new user does not receive the reset code email, please have them search spam and junk email for 'loadninja' or LoadNinja
