My plan renewed but still no test time left

Has anyone else experienced this?

 

I'm on the monthly Premium plan and exhausted the available 8 test hours before my plan renewed. The time was not automatically updated when the plan renewed. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this and how you got it resolved. I've sent in a ticket already to Support.

    I havnt seen this ever where the time doesnt renew. 

     

    I am sure support will help you get to the bottom of it tho!
