We have been running load tests on our sites and everything worked great until they were put behind a Web Application Firewall. Not the sites will not resolve for LoadNinja. are there certain ports or IPs that need to be allowed?

Yes, in case you want to access the application behind a firewall, you must allow our IP addresses to access the application.
The IP addresses for the recorder can be found in the "Static IP" section of your account settings. For load testing, you can either get static IP addresses or choose to display the load generator IP addresses before each load test to allowlist them - Display load generator IPs before starting the test.
