Our LoadComplete instance is running slowly when trying to click through log data and other features of the application. It has definitely been getting worse so I think it's related to the log history but I removed almost all of my logs and the performance did not improve. Has anyone else experienced this and know how to correct it?

Not me, unfortunately.
Yes, I may expect that huge logs might degrade LoadComplete's responsiveness. You may try to play with the Store Log Data option (https://support.smartbear.com/loadcomplete/docs/ref/options/simulating/general.html) if your tests are stable enough and check if it helps.
Otherwise, the only idea that I have at the moment is to try to get some observations as for the CPU load and memory consumption while opening/switching between/closing log panel and performing other actions in LoadComplete and report the problem to Support via the https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=LoadComplete form.
