include enabled/disabled checkboxes in filters

Currently, it's not possible to quickly enable/disable specific entries you have specified in the filter sections. Please include enable/disable checkboxes (on line level), so that enable/disabling can be done more easily.

The reason for not having check boxes in the filters screen is every user will be using different applications and while recording on multiple websites so for example moving from booking a flight to booking a hotel in the same transaction, having the ability to ensure only certain applications defined in this section get recorded helps

@DWalsh Sorry, I don't understand what you mean. Could you provide a more clear answer, including a specific user case for NOT implementing the check boxes?
