Rich Text features not working in the replies

Hi Rao,

I don't observe any issues with the text of replies. Are the corresponding buttons (for samples and lists) disabled or invisible in the editor?

The reponse appear good when some one uses list type or code snippet while composing reply using Rich Text. However, the formatting is lost.

For eg: Am using a list to describe the problem:

1. List Type
2. Code Snippet.

And it would not show as list, that was the observation.

Rao, can you post here (or send me via PM) a sample reply where it can be seen?

Please find the screen shot of my previous response how it used be shown to the user before posting and you see how it is displaying after.

As i mentioned, the image could not be seen in the reply, so I will snd you, Tanya.
