Record & Replay: Is there a solution for popup login boxes?

We are trying to record some tests with record and replay in our test environment. However we have a popup login for the test sites and CBT does not recognize the box when I start the R&R session, so it gives me an unauthorized access message.

Are there any suggestions for how to resolve this?
