When you link a defect in Collab by creating a new ticket in Jira, currently it can only do this if the jira scheme has a very basic summary/desc required field setup. Many jira instances have more complicated configurations with custom fields which may be required. Collaborator should be usable within these environments and identify and support any required custom fields when creating new issues.
