Provide a way to filter by Review Custom Fields in Defect reports

I have a Reveiw Custom Field named Project.  I would like a Customizable Defect Report where I can filter using the Project field.

I do not want to use Groups to achieve this (as was suggested by a sales representative).

Agreed - I also have a custom "Project" review field, and don't have an easy way to query all the defects for all the reviews for my project.  Would be great if the "All Defects" report allowed filtering based on custom review fields such as Project.
