Submitting on behalf of Cristian Davila:

Currently, the materials section of the Detailed Review Report only shows the first upload and any subsequent uploads, but excludes the revision / commit ID of the first "before" revision that was included with the original upload. Including that would make the report more comprehensive for auditing purposes.

Ex.
- create review on rev 10 -> review contains rev 10, and 9 for comparison
- generate review details report -> materials section lists just rev 10, should include 9
