Additional notification level for just '@' mentions
Several users have their notifications completely turned off and do not get e-mails for the new '@' mentions. Since these mentions typically are requests for active feedback, we would like them to be able to receive prompt notifications for mentions while keeping the rest of the notifications down. A notification level of "just @ mentions" would help in this.
