I need help with getting my SB BitBar SecureTunnel to work.

I need help with getting my SB BitBar SecureTunnel to work.

I have the SecureTunnel App on my laptop, but when I open BitBar it still shows as Tunnel is OFF.   Even though my SecureTunnel App is connected.
