Does the "Alert Notes" field not get sent when a clear alert gets triggered? I have a ServiceNow alert recipient set up and I have clear alerts enabled but in the JSON payload that gets sent out, Alert Notes for a particular monitor are not in the payload.

By default, the Alert Note field is not included in the JSON payload of a clear. You can add the field in a custom template and use that template for your ServiceNow clears. More info on modifying alert templates can be found here: https://support.smartbear.com/alertsite/docs/alerts/templates.html
