Unable to get allocation profiler report from application that crashes
Hi,
We're using AQTime 6.30 on WinXP SP3, with an application built using Visual Studio 2008 SP1.
When we run our application under certain conditions, it crashes.
When we run AQTime with the allocation profiler on our application, this crash prevents the report from being generated, thus we don't have any insight into memory issues.
Suggestions?
-Jason

Hi Jason,
As the profiling results are stored on the side of the profiled process, the results are lost if the application crashes. Please try using our online support resource - the AQtime Troubleshooter to solve the crash problem:
http://www.automatedqa.com/support/troubleshooter/default.aspx?prod=aqtime
Follow the suggested steps to get your problem resolved or to collect more information
and get personalized assistance.
In the meantime, as a workaround, I recommend that you use the Get Results button to obtain the results before the application crashes.
Best regards,
Alexey
