Reg : AqTime Integration for a Windows Application

Hi 

I am using AqTime for an java based windows application . The problem i am facing is . i am unable to add the batch file in there. I tried using the convertable exe file but still it's not working. Can you guys tell me how to do an application code coverage whilst the automation over that application is running
