AQTime immediatly crashes when profiling WPF app

I've got a WPF app that I'd like to profile (running Windows 7, 64bit), but about 5 seconds into launching to app with the profiler, I get a system error saying the WPF app has quit working.  And when I look at the events in AQTime, nothing stands out as to why the WPF app crashes.



How can I go about troubleshooting AQTime?
