As per https://support.smartbear.com/aqtime/docs/general-info/supported-dev-tools.html, C++ Builder 10.4 is not supported indeed.
To get the official reply (or, hopefully, patch) I would recommend to ask Support directly via the https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=AQtime form.
I would appreciate it if you update this thread with the reply from Support.
