I am using the compare feature to compare my current response with baseline.
Whenever there is a difference, it shows the difference, but with 'Finished' status (green).
Can I fail the test step if the response content is not matching with the baseline content?
How can I access the 'compare' results in groovy scripts?
I'm not 100% sure what you mean by the "compare" results in Groovy, but you can use script assertions to compare results and fail.
If talking about other steps not failing have you checked the test step basic options for your test step in question? In particular the "Fail Test Case on Error" option.
