Question on soapUI Pro License

Hi Ole,

Will my copy of soapUI Pro 2.5 give me a grace period of some sort to renew after it expires OR will it just stop working after the expiry date?
At present it shows a message window saying "Your license expires in xx weeks, would you like to renew?"

    Hi Sachin,

    when the license expires all soapUI Pro-specific functionality will be disabled, but you will still be able to run (in "soapUI mode") and created Projects/TestSuites/TestCases will still be runnable (Pro-specific teststeps will not be editable)..

    Thank you, Ole. A follow up question on this one:

    When I go to renew it gives me the renewal prices etc and also shows the version as 2.5.1. So after renewing current license for 2.5.1, will we be able to use the same license for soapUI Pro 3.0? Even if I go on "Buy Now" link it still shows the version as 2.5.1, does not show 3.0 at all?

    Please let us know.

    Hi Sachin,

    Your license will work with any version of soapUI Pro during your license-period, ie there are no version-related restrictions.
