Zephyr - Need feature to enable/disable testcase & it's test planning/test execution at DB

Hello team,

We recently encountered MAJOR issue with Zephyr TA System, where user with priviledged access accidentally deleted folder (having 25000+ testcases) from the folder  "Project Test Repository". This resulted all 25k+ testcases removed from Zephyr DB. There is NO way to recover this deleted testcases from previously backed up DB instance as it will impact other applications running on the same instance. Zephyr has option to enable project level backup from UI, but due to application performance issues, we cannot enable it as millions of data is involved & lot of users are actively using this instance.

It will be really helpful if Zephyr can provide a feature to enable/disable testcases & it's test execution/test planning in Zephyr DB, so no data loss will be happened in future. Please consider this as MANDATORY enhancement in future release.
