Test Planning - Keep dates displayed at the top when scrolling down the list of cycles

As you scroll down the list of cycles in the Test Planning tab, the dates at the top of the calendar view scroll out of view, making it hard to work out cycle dates from what is displayed

Also, reasonably regularly after selecting/deselecting a few cycles, the rows displayed in the calendar view don't tie up with the cycles shown on the left, this should be fixed
