Support for selecting multiple projects for all gadgets (gadgets at a 'Multi-Project/Product' level)

As a manager/executive working with a product composed of multiple teams each using a separate project in Zephyr for their testing needs, I need the ability to select multiple projects for all gadgets (at least all test execution metrics gadgets) so that I can create an overall report at this 'Multi-Project/Product' level.

If user wants to generate the Execution Backlog report with Zephyr tag filter criteria user, user can only select one project with one release at once. So it would be tedious process for user to generate multiple projects.
