Feature request: Planned vs Executed report broken down by Test Cycle and Test Phase

There is request from MCANS users to enhance the Planned vs Executed report, so that it can be broken down by Test Cycle and Test Phase, currently it only shows a total aggregation for a whole Release.
Ultimately, MCANS leadership is requesting, Plan vs. Executed status for each NFs with configurable week by week/particular day report.
