Emoji Support in Test Cases

When importing an excel sheet with test cases that include emojis, Zephyr does not support this and fails the entire import. 
Even creating test cases in Zephyr, there is no emoji support. 
This is needed when we are testing emoji characters in messages. Instead we are having to type out the description of the emoji.
