Customize how the Execution Dashboard gadget calculates the pass rate

Currently, the Execution Dashboard gadget calculates the Pass Rate based on all statuses (including Blocking, N/A, etc).

We'd like to be able to customize this so that it calculates Pass Rate solely on Pass/Fail totals to give us a more accurate and traditional representation of a Pass rate.
