Add Execution Analysis Snapshot to Release Report Tab

We would like to have the Execution Analysis Snapshot widget available in the Report section per release so that we can see a consolidated view of all cycles for a release.  Right now, we have to manually update a dashboard to the latest release for every project to show this view.
