Update the TestComplete IDE to have a dark theme

It would be nice to have a dark theme where the entire IDE turns dark and not just the code editor.

Is that theme available in 15.52? If so how do I get it like that please? Thanks

See User Interface Dialog. The option was introduced in TestComplete v15.0
