Support Delphi 12

Our development team is planning to migrate one of our products to use the latest Delphi version (12) to keep up to date with the libraries.  This upgrade will impact our ability to automate with TestComplete as the supported version is 10. 

It is needed to update the supported version in TestComplete to continue to validate our product.

    We are moving to D12.2 also and I was disappointed to hear that it support only until 10.4.

    We have managed to finally a dedicated test developer. And now we can't use it for testing our new version. Have to make decisions  soon.
